Dr. James Meade, Medical Director

Dr. Meade is a Board Certified Physician who cares for people of all ages. Dr. Meade currently practices in Watertown, WI at Meade Medical Clinic where he sees and treats patients with obesity and related conditions every day. He believes that staying healthy and preventing disease or illness whenever possible is the best route.

Dr. Meade trusts the science that shows that preventative care, such as diet and exercise, may be more important than the tests and medications that we use once disease or illness enters our lives. He believes that a collaborative approach with the patient is the best way to accomplish a plan for healthier living.

Kelly Drew, RDN, CPT

Kelly is a Registered Dietitian with more than 10 years of experience in a variety of settings which includes both surgical and non-surgical weight loss programs. She also spent several years as a clinical dietitian working with chronic conditions ranging from cardiovascular disease and diabetes to gastrointestinal surgery. Outside of the clinic, Kelly works as a Group Exercise instructor, and enjoys kickboxing as a hobby. 

Kelly is personally driven to set a healthy example for her family. She is grateful for the opportunity to assist people with obtaining their best quality of life, and strives to meet individuals where they are at.

 Chris Calhoun, Office Administrator

Chris graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in Business. For the past 16 years she has worked as an HR Manager/Office Manager at an advertising agency and is now excited to be a part of the Weighless MD team. She enjoys getting to know new people and looks forward to meeting the patients at Weighless. Her and her husband are empty nesters, having raised 3 kids. They enjoy spending time with their kids, as well as traveling, reading and exploring SE Wisconsin and all it has to offer.

Erica Gutierrez, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Erica is a Registered Dietitian. She graduated from Marquette University and is a busy mom of three kids. In her 10 years as a dietitian, she has had the opportunity to help hundreds of people with their health goals and she still get the most enjoyment in supporting people as they transform their health which often starts with weight loss. Her approach is all about enjoying the journey in a holistic and personalized way considering the uniqueness of each person.

Amanda Picord, RN/Health Coach

Amanda has been working as a registered nurse for over 10 years. She graduated from WCTC in 2009 and attended Chamberlain to complete her bachelor’s in nursing. She started her career in health care as a medical assistant over 13 years ago in a private medical clinic and then worked as a patient care assistant in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit at St Luke’s in Milwaukee. From there Amanda worked in the CVICU for 5 years and then worked as an Organ Procurement Nurse for the Transplant team at St Luke’s.

Her passion shifted from tertiary care to health promotion and wellness when her own health was compromised by her weight. At her heaviest she was close to 300 pounds and over the course of a 15 months lost 115 lbs. She knows the struggles of weight loss and the challenges that come with trying to live the healthiest and happiest life possible. Not only is Amanda working at Weighless MD but is continuing her education by becoming a certified personal trainer as well works as a trainer at a kickboxing facility. Amanda not only brings her medical background to Weighless MD but her own personal journey brings a plethora of behavioral and emotional support to the team.

Elizabeth Kletti Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Educator, Certified in Food Sensitivities

“Elizabeth Kletti has been a registered dietitian for over 8 years, a certified diabetes educator for 5 years, and a certified LEAP therapist- food sensitivities. Elizabeth has had the privilege of working with numerous patients and witnessing tremendous health improvements. Her passion for health and wellness began when she was a teenager, after witnessing family members’ battling with cancer, heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. Their health struggles deeply impacted Elizabeth and invoked a passion within her to help individuals achieve optimal health. Elizabeth has overcome her own health concerns. She had experienced significant symptom reduction after having a mediator release test and following the lifestyle eating and performance protocol for food sensitivities. Elizabeth provides compassionate and high quality service. She believes in treating the whole person holistically, in addition to walking alongside each person to help motivate, support, and achieve tangible outcomes.
Elizabeth has a certificate of training in adult weight management through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
Elizabeth and her husband Dan enjoy spending quality time with family and friends. They both enjoy preparing healthy meals, gardening, biking, hiking, traveling, and volunteering at various charities.”
